With several years working in an architecture firm and then in a commercial construction company, before founding Avver and becoming its director, Julian is the Construction Manager for Avver and you will usually see him on site working with trades. When not thinking about building Julian enjoys mountain biking and cross country skiing.

With a background in engineering and project management working in the aerospace and rail industry, Marion is the Senior Project Manager for Avver. In her spare time, Marion goes trail running and exploring new places.

Designer
Frank has devoted his whole life to architecture. He now enjoys spending time in the North East designing houses that will fit into this beautiful environment. You will see Frank on a Saturday morning out in the hills with his dog Leo.
